Correct use of calibration tables on lathes and horizontal machining centers

In horizontal machining centers and lathes, the use of calibration table, it requires a little more attention, because the way the calibration table has been placed has changed.
On the vertical machining center, the calibration table is installed vertically. The direction of gravity does not change whether the magnetic block is attached to the protection cover of the main shaft or placed in the head of the tool, so the measurement result will not be affected.
But in the horizontal machining center and lathe, if the magnetic seat is installed on the spindle, when the spindle turns, the direction of gravity will also change, and then cause the clamping bar of the calibration table slight deformation, calibration table from the magnetic seat, the deformation of the phenomenon is more obvious.

When the direction of gravity changes, the center of gravity will also change. When the center of gravity is unstable, the measured results cannot reflect the current situation truthfully.
On the horizontal machining center, the rotation speed of the calibration table on the main axis will also affect the measurement results, because the centrifugal force will also cause the measurement deviation.
