Processing technology analysis of precision mechanical parts

Release time:2021-06-03Author:admin
We know that gear transmission box, gearbox, lathe bed head box are all basic parts of the machine. The shaft, bearing, sleeve and gear in the machine parts are kept in correct position, and they are coordinated and moved in accordance with the pre-designed transmission relationship, and are combined into a whole.

There are many surfaces required to be processed by the box, and the machining requirements of each surface are different. Some of them have high precision requirements, such as spindle holes, so the machining accuracy of the box becomes a key problem of the process. In view of this, the following points should be paid attention to in the part processing:

1. Rough and finish stages should be separated

We also mentioned that the surface to be processed by the box is many, and the precision requirements are different. Therefore, the coarse and fine processing should be separated during operation, and fine processing cannot be carried out immediately after rough processing. Because this will easily cause box deformation and affect the precision finally.

2. The machining sequence shall be in accordance with the first surface and then the hole

First, the plane is processed, not only the concave and uneven surface of the blank surface and the sand inclusion and other depressions are removed, but also the marking and alignment are convenient when processing the holes distributed on the plane. Moreover, when boring the boring tool begins, it will not produce impact vibration and damage the tool due to the uneven end surface. Therefore, the plane should be processed first.

3. Arrange appropriate heat treatment procedure

The casting box is complex in structure and uneven wall thickness. The cooling speed is inconsistent during casting, which is easy to produce internal stress and the surface is hard. Therefore, sandblasting and tempering personnel should be arranged reasonably after casting.

4. Decision of concentration or dispersion of processes

The separation of the rough and finishing stages of the box body conforms to the principle of process dispersion. However, in the medium and small batch production, in order to reduce the number of machine tools and clamps used, as well as reduce the number of box handling and installation, the rough and finishing stages can be relatively centralized and placed on the same machine bed as possible.
