1、 Inspection requirements

1. Appearance check

(1) Check whether the finish of machined parts meets the drawing requirements.

(2) Check whether the surface of machined parts is damaged, rusted and bruised, and whether the thread shape and angle are correct.

(3) If the above problems are found, specific records shall be made for inspection.

2. Quantity inspection

(1) According to the supply contract and processing voucher, check the material, standard and quantity of the processed parts in strict accordance with the drawings, and check them one by one.

(2) Make a record of quantity inspection, indicating inspection address, time, participants, type, product name, quantity to be arrived and actually arrived.

3. Quality inspection

(1) Assembly shall be carried out in strict accordance with the rules and procedures required by the general assembly drawings.

(2) Records should be made carefully during quality inspection. In case of quality problems of machined parts, the outsourcing processing unit shall be informed of the specific situation in writing. Decide whether to return or replace according to the situation.

(3) If there are special requirements, we can find the processing unit for joint inspection and assembly, and sign the inspection documents after the installation is qualified.

2、 Inspection procedure

1. After receiving the machined parts, the full-time inspection personnel shall be sent to inspect the material, standard type and quantity of the machined parts according to the requirements of the contract drawings.

2. The inspection period is generally 1-2 days. In special cases, the application effect shall be confirmed. If there are quality problems, they can return goods to the processing unit, claim for compensation and bear economic losses.

3. Generally, the processing contract signed by the non production department will be inspected directly by the applied department and the inspection report will be filled in.

4. The inspection personnel must repair and return the parts within the regular inspection period for unqualified parts and components.

5. For the inspection of special fine processing parts, the full-time inspection personnel shall organize relevant personnel to jointly inspect and fill in the inspection report. For the unqualified parts, the inspection application form shall be filled in specifically as the condition for improving the machining accuracy and confirming the selection direction of the parts outsourcing manufacturers in the future.
