1. The effect of internal force leads to the change of machining precision of parts

Lathe processing, is usually applied to the effect of centripetal force, with the lathe's three jaw or four jaw chuck, the parts are clamped, and then the mechanical parts stop processing. At the same time, it is necessary to make the clamping force greater than the cutting force in order to ensure that the parts are not loose and reduce the effect of internal force. The clamping force increases with the increase of cutting force and decreases with the decrease of cutting force. However, after the three jaw or four jaw chuck is released, the machined mechanical parts will be very different from the original ones. Some will be polygonal, some will be elliptical, showing a large deviation.


2. After heat treatment, the problem of deformation is simple
As for the mechanical parts of sheet type, because of its very large length and diameter, it simply presents the situation of straw hat detour after heat treatment. On the one hand, it will show the phenomenon of bulging in the middle, and the plane deviation will increase; on the other hand, due to the influence of various external factors, the parts will produce circuitous phenomenon. These deformation problems are not only due to the change of the internal stress of the parts after heat treatment, but also the operators' professional knowledge is not solid, and they do not understand the structural stability of the parts, and then increase the probability of parts deformation.
3. Elastic deformation caused by external force
In machining, there are several reasons for the elastic deformation of parts. First, if the internal structure of some parts contains thin plates, it will have higher requirements for the operation method. Otherwise, when the operators stop positioning and clamping parts, they can not stop corresponding with the plan of the drawing, which simply leads to the elastic deformation. The second is the unevenness of lathe and fixture, When the parts stop fixing, the force on both sides is uneven, which leads to the side with small force effect when cutting, and the translation will appear under the effect of force, showing the deformation of the part. Third, the positioning of parts is unreasonable in the process of processing, which reduces the rigidity of parts. Fourth, the existence of cutting force is also one of the causes of elastic deformation of parts. The elastic deformation caused by these different reasons illustrates the effect of external force on the processing quality of mechanical parts.
