What are the technical requirements in the machining process

1. First of all, in the machining process, there should be no scratch, scratch and other defects that damage the surface of parts. The oxide scale shall be removed from the parts; the undeclared shape tolerance shall comply with the requirements of gb1184-80, and the allowable deviation of length and dimension not indicated shall be � 0.5mm; the tolerance zone of casting shall be symmetrical to the basic dimension configuration of blank casting.
2. It is allowed to use oil heating for hot charging of rolling bearings during machining. The temperature of oil shall not exceed 100 ℃. Sealing filler or sealant is allowed to be used when assembling hydraulic system. However, it should be prevented from entering the system. Parts and components entering the assembly must have the certificate of inspection department before assembly.
3. The parts must be cleaned and cleaned before assembly, without burr, flash, oxide scale, rust, chip, oil stain, colorant and dust, etc.; before assembly, the main matching dimensions of parts and components, especially the interference fit size and relevant accuracy shall be rechecked; the parts shall not be bumped, bumped, scratched and rusted during the assembly process.
4. When the screws, bolts and nuts are tightened during machining, it is strictly forbidden to hit or use unsuitable screwdrivers and spanners. After fastening, the screw groove, nut, screw and bolt head shall not be damaged; for fasteners with specified tightening torque requirements, torque wrench must be used and tightened according to the specified tightening torque, and the excess adhesive shall be removed after bonding.

5. The semicircular hole of bearing outer ring and open bearing seat and bearing cover shall not be stuck; the outer ring of bearing shall be in good contact with the semicircular hole of open bearing seat and bearing cover. During color coating inspection, it shall be in uniform contact with the bearing seat within the range of 120 � symmetrical to the center line and 90 � to the center line with the bearing cover. When the feeler gauge is used for inspection within the above range, the 0.03mm feeler gauge shall not be inserted into 1 / 3 of the outer ring width.


6. After the bearing outer ring is assembled, it should contact with the end face of the bearing cover at the locating end evenly. After the rolling bearing is installed, it should be flexible and stable to rotate by hand. The joint surface of the upper and lower bearing shells should be close to each other and can not be checked with a 0.05mm feeler gauge. When fixing the bearing bush with the locating pin, the reaming and distribution of the pin should be ensured that the opening and closing surface of the bearing hole and the end face package of the bearing hole are even. The pin shall not be loose after being driven in.
7. When the surface of the alloy bearing liner is yellow, it is not allowed to be used, and there is no phenomenon of core separation within the specified contact angle. The area outside the contact angle shall not be greater than 10% of the total area of the non-contact area. The reference end face of the gear (worm gear) shall fit with the shaft shoulder (or the end face of the locating sleeve), and can not be checked with a 0.05mm feeler gauge. The perpendicularity requirements between the gear reference end face and the axis shall be ensured.
8. The molding sand, core sand and core bone on the casting shall be cleaned. The inclined parts of the casting shall be symmetrically arranged along the inclined plane, and the casting defects such as cold shut, cracks and holes that are detrimental to the use of the castings are not allowed. Rust, oxide scale, grease, dust, soil, salt and dirt must be removed from the surface of all steel products to be coated before painting.
