Parts are an important part of the mechanical industry. The quality of parts will directly affect the quality of finished products. 1. The most effective way to solve the problem of clamping deformation is to increase the contact area between workpiece and fixture or to increase the rigidity of parts by using axial clamping force. However, due to the structural characteristics of the parts with different shapes, they will have high and low rigidity. In this way, the workpiece will be deformed under the action of large clamping force. When there are some clamping forces on the workpiece, the sequence of clamping forces must be considered first, so that the contact clamping force between the workpiece and the supporting force should not be too large at first, and the main clamping force for balancing the cutting force will be the last.

2. In machining, when the workpiece is clamped, the correct clamping point should be selected first, and then the appropriate clamping force can be selected according to the position of the clamping point, so that the clamping point is consistent with the supporting point, and the clamping force will act on the support. The clamping point is better to be close to the machining surface, so as to select the position where the force is not easy to cause clamping deformation.


3. In the processing of large parts, the detail structure should be reasonable and consistent. In the processing, the defects such as loose hardness of the blank must be strictly controlled to ensure the quality of the blank, which will reduce the damage to the deformation of the workpiece. The size of deformation will be in direct proportion to the complexity of shape, length width ratio and wall thickness, and the rigidity and stability of material will be in direct proportion, so the degree of deformation will be reduced when designing parts for machining.

4. When turning the inner diameter and the outer circle of the thin-walled sleeve, no matter the simple over opening ring is used or the elastic mandrel full arc claw is used, etc. Most of them adopt to increase the contact area of workpiece during clamping. This method is good for carrying the clamping capacity, so as to avoid the deformation of parts. The axial clamping force is widely used in the production. The special clamp designed and manufactured in the process will make the clamping force act on the end face, which can solve the bending deformation caused by the poor thin-walled steel of those workpieces. The deformation of workpiece during clamping can be effectively reduced by increasing the contact area between workpiece and fixture.
